Important Notice for Participants from China:
To ensure a smooth process for your participation, please complete your registration by August 18. This deadline is crucial as it allows sufficient time to process your entry permit to Taiwan.
Registrations submitted after August 18 may result in delays, potentially affecting your ability to obtain the necessary documents to enter Taiwan.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Deadline: Sept. 1, 2024
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to sas2024@nsrrc.org.tw.
Registration fees will be refunded 80% of the amount paid for cancellations made before Sept. 1, 2024. No refunds for cancellations made after Sept. 2, 2024.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Oct. 21, 2024, without incurring any cost penalty. The Organizing Committee reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. However, there will be no cancellation allowance for failure to secure a visa to Taiwan.
